The posting

We are seeking experienced Local Class A CDL Drivers for a high-volume, fast-paced dedicated refrigerated account based out of the Hershey / Palmyra, PA area. This position features daily home time, automatic day cabs, and high weekly earning potential moving freight between local cold storage facilities, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers.

Schedule & Home Time

  • Home Time: Home Daily with consecutive days off.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days per week, approximately 12 hours per day.
  • Shift: Night Shift operation.

Route & Equipment

  • Operating Area: Local and regional runs within a 200-mile radius of Palmyra, PA.
  • Duties: Multiple loads per day, utilizing a combination of live loads and drop-and-hook operations between local cold storage, plants, and DCs.
  • Equipment: Automatic day cabs pulling 53-foot refrigerated trailers (Reefers).
  • Operation Type: Slip-seat operation. Trucks cannot be taken home; reliable daily personal transportation to and from the terminal is required.

Compensation & W-2 Benefits

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $2,240 per week.
  • Pay Structure: Running pay based on verifiable experience level.
  • Safety & Performance: Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus (up to an additional 3% of mileage pay).
  • Bonus: $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus.
  • Employment Status: Full W-2 employee position with complete health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits included.

Driver Qualifications

  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Hiring Radius: Must reside within 20 miles of Hershey, PA
