The posting

We are seeking dependable Class A CDL Drivers to join our local dedicated fleet operating out of Stuarts Draft, VA.This position is ideal for drivers seeking competitive earnings combined with consistent, daily home time.

All loads are preloaded dry freight with 100% hook-and-drop, no-touch delivery to retail stores on established, set lanes.

Position Highlights & Operations

  • Home Time: Home daily
  • Weekly Mileage: Drivers average approximately 1,772 miles per week
  • Freight & Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (Preloaded, Hook & Drop)
  • Dispatch Location: Loads originate from the distribution center in Stuarts Draft, VA 24477
  • Schedule: Standard 5-day work week (drivers may work a 6th day during peak seasonal surge periods).Operational 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
  • Equipment: Modern, well-maintained automatic transmission tractors

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,520 – $1,820 / week
  • Bonus: $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus
  • Pay Structure: Mileage-based pay plus performance incentives
  • Benefits Package: Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Retirement Options)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • CDL License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Commute: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the Stuarts Draft, VA facility
  • Must live within 40 miles of Stuarts Draft.
