Como Analista de Tesouraria Júnior você será responsável por:

  • Realizar conciliações bancárias diárias e apoiar os controles de movimentações financeiras;
  • Processar e acompanhar pagamentos a fornecedores e prestadores de serviços;
  • Realizar lançamentos de contas a pagar e relatórios de despesas;
  • Acompanhar operações relacionadas a PIX, boletos, depósitos e devoluções;
  • Conferir tarifas e cobranças bancárias, apoiando na solicitação de ajustes quando necessário;
  • Apoiar controles e solicitações de reembolso relacionadas a despesas e fundos;
  • Manter documentos, planilhas e controles financeiros organizados e atualizados;
  • Realizar, quando necessário, atividades externas em bancos e cartórios.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento intermediário de Excel, especialmente para controles e conciliações;
  • Noções de conciliação bancária e rotinas financeiras;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade no tratamento de informações financeiras;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas do dia a dia.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior, inclusive estágio, na área financeira ou de tesouraria;
  • Conhecimento de PIX, boletos ou instituições de pagamento;
  • Experiência com sistemas de contas a pagar, plataformas bancárias ou ferramentas de gestão financeira.
