Live Experiences | Client Services | NBA Account
This is a hands-on experiential role supporting the planning and delivery of live brand experiences, with a particular focus on our NBA account. You will gain exposure across creative development, production, client service and on-site delivery, helping the team turn ideas into memorable fan experiences.
⚪ WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Experiential Planning & Delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of live brand experiences, fan events, hospitality, pop-ups and partner activations from initial brief through to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines and action trackers, helping the team keep workstreams on track and key information up to date.
- Contribute to brainstorms and creative development, bringing knowledge of sport, culture and live experiences to help shape ideas that are exciting, relevant and operationally achievable.
- Support the development of client-facing decks, activation plans, guest journeys and event documentation.
- Work closely with creative, production, strategy, social and content teams to turn ideas into deliverable live experiences.
Production & Implementation
- Support day-to-day communication with suppliers, venues, production partners and wider agency teams.
- Help prepare clear supplier, production and creative briefs, and coordinate feedback, approvals and deliverables with guidance from the wider team.
- Support venue sourcing, site visits, production schedules, staffing plans, accreditation, logistics, branding and live-event operations.
- Help coordinate talent, creator or athlete requirements, including schedules, access, briefing and on-site support where relevant.
- Support content capture and social-first opportunities within live events, working closely with content and social teams.
- Support the team on-site across build, live and de-rig, with opportunities to take ownership of defined tasks or event areas as your experience develops.
NBA Account Support
- Support the delivery of NBA events and fan experiences, working with NBA stakeholders, teams, partners, talent and suppliers.
- Help coordinate activity across team and partner activations, talent, programming, content and the wider fan experience.
- Build your understanding of the NBA brand, audience and wider basketball culture, helping the team create experiences that feel authentic, relevant and fan-first.
Client & Account Management
- Prepare for and support client meetings, including agendas, notes, actions and follow-up.
- Support day-to-day project communication with clients, suppliers, partners and other agencies across assigned workstreams.
- Build strong working relationships and develop confidence as a point of contact for clients and delivery partners.
- Support budget management, cost tracking, purchase orders, supplier invoices and reconciliation.
- Help maintain clear status updates and flag risks, changes, approvals or decisions to the wider account team.
Evaluation & Reporting
- Support the collation of event results, guest feedback, content performance and key learnings.
- Contribute to post-event reports with clear observations, insights and recommendations for future activity.
Self / Team Management
- Communicate clearly and confidently in writing and in presentations, internally and with clients, suppliers and partners.
- Keep your line manager and wider account team updated with clear, timely communication and information.
- Work collaboratively across disciplines and contribute positively to a fast-moving team environment.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of experiential, sport, entertainment and cultural trends relevant to our clients.
🟡 THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
- Some experience or exposure to events, experiential marketing, sport, sponsorship or agency work would be useful, but is not essential.
- Highly organised, with good attention to detail and comfortable juggling different tasks and deadlines.
- A clear and confident communicator who enjoys working with different people, internally and externally.
- Comfortable using PowerPoint and keen to develop skills across project planning, budgeting and event delivery.
- Curious, proactive and happy to get stuck into the detail - from helping build a client deck to supporting a live event on-site.
- A genuine interest in basketball, sport, entertainment and the culture around it would be a strong advantage.
- Keen to learn, take feedback and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience develops.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site, including occasional evenings and weekends around live events.
- You must have the right to work in the UK
