Estamos em busca de um profissional com perfil analítico, visão sistêmica e forte capacidade de planejamento para assumir um desafio estratégico: conduzir e aprimorar toda a inteligência de roteirização das operações logísticas do grupo.

Buscamos alguém que vá além da programação de entregas, que tenha capacidade de analisar cenários, desenvolver soluções, identificar oportunidades e transformar informações em estratégias que contribuam para uma operação mais eficiente, produtiva e sustentável.

Principais desafios da posição:

  • Assumir a gestão técnica de toda a roteirização do Grupo Jacaré, contemplando CDs, lojas e operações de marcenaria.
  • Desenvolver e aprimorar modelos de roteirização, considerando demanda, capacidade dos veículos, cubagem, distâncias, janelas de atendimento e restrições operacionais.
  • Utilizar sistemas e ferramentas tecnológicas para planejar, otimizar e monitorar rotas, buscando o melhor aproveitamento da frota e dos recursos disponíveis.
  • Analisar grandes volumes de dados, identificando padrões, gargalos, oportunidades de melhoria e alternativas para redução dos custos logísticos.
  • Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, como produtividade da frota, ocupação dos veículos, quilometragem, pontualidade e custo por entrega.
  • Desenvolver relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e análises que apoiem a tomada de decisão da liderança.
  • Liderar tecnicamente projetos de otimização logística, desde o diagnóstico e planejamento até a implementação e mensuração dos resultados.
  • Propor melhorias sistêmicas, automatizações e novas tecnologias que contribuam para a evolução dos processos de distribuição.
  • Estabelecer padrões e boas práticas de roteirização, promovendo maior integração e padronização entre as operações do grupo.
  • Atuar em parceria com as equipes de logística, transporte, expedição, CDs, lojas e tecnologia, garantindo alinhamento e eficiência operacional.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Ensino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência consistente em planejamento logístico, roteirização e gestão de distribuição.
  • Domínio de sistemas de roteirização e ferramentas de gestão de transporte (TMS).
  • Excel avançado e conhecimento em Power BI, análise de dados e construção de indicadores.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de frota, capacidade de carga, cubagem, geolocalização e otimização de trajetos.
  • Capacidade de interpretar dados, desenvolver análises complexas e propor soluções orientadas a resultados.
  • Visão estratégica, autonomia, senso crítico e habilidade para conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua.
