Quick Lube Technician

Jack Madden Ford is looking for a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working with cars, take pride in doing quality work, and are looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry, we’d like to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Perform oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and routine maintenance services.
  • Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance or service needs.
  • Perform tire rotations, tire pressure checks, and other basic maintenance services.
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and the service team.
  • Complete all work accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • A genuine interest in automotive service and learning new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Dependable, punctual, and motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Someone who is looking for more than just a job and wants to grow with an organization.
