The posting

We are looking for a Site Technical Officer (STO). The STO will be based on-site, overseeing the water mains rehabilitation work carried out by the contractor. Jacobs role in this project is Client's Representative.

Main duties:

  • Full time onsite supervision for construction work on 5.5 days work week.
  • Book-keeping and administration of site records.
  • Attend to pipe CCTV inspection, trial trenching works, test plans and commissioning works.
  • Supports any ad-hoc duties directed by SO and representatives.

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess minimum 3 years of experience in pipe-laying and pipe rehabilitation works for sewers rehab project. Jacobs complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
