The posting

Voor het project Oosterweel zoeken we een ervaren multidisciplinair ontwerpcoördinator die de verschillende engineeringdisciplines samenbrengt en het ontwerp in goede banen leidt. Je werkt mee aan een uitdagend project binnen de renovatie van hef- en ophaalbruggen, waarbij bouwkunde, elektromechanica en automatisering nauw op elkaar moeten worden afgestemd.

Met jouw technische expertise en sterke coördinatievaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat alle ontwerpdisciplines samen tot een geïntegreerd en uitvoerbaar geheel komen. Een sleutelrol voor iemand die graag overzicht bewaart, mensen verbindt en complexe technische uitdagingen in goede banen leidt.

Jouw taken:

· Je coördineert het multidisciplinaire ontwerpproces en bewaakt de samenhang tussen de verschillende engineeringdisciplines.

· Je stemt de werkzaamheden af met de engineeringmanagers voor civiele werken, infrastructuur en elektromechanica, waaronder hydraulica en pneumatica.

· Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen ontwerpteams, bouwheer, technische experten en het uitvoeringsteam.

· Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en technische afstemming van de ontwerpactiviteiten en ziet erop toe dat de verschillende disciplines tot één coherent ontwerp komen.

· Je identificeert raakvlakken, tegenstrijdigheden en mogelijke knelpunten tussen de disciplines en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig worden opgelost.

· Je vertaalt complexe technische vraagstukken naar duidelijke afspraken en werkbare oplossingen, met aandacht voor de uitvoerbaarheid op de werf.

· Je faciliteert overleg, neemt initiatief bij technische discussies en brengt verschillende partijen tot gedragen beslissingen.

· Je volgt het ontwerp op gedurende de verschillende projectfasen, van ontwerp en bouw tot de voorbereiding van het onderhoud.

· Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Burgerlijk Ingenieur, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond in de bouwkunde of infrastructuur.

· Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring in engineering, ontwerpcoördinatie of technisch projectmanagement binnen complexe bouw- of infrastructuurprojecten.

· Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of coördineren van multidisciplinaire ontwerpteams en begrijpt hoe verschillende technische disciplines op elkaar inspelen.

· Ervaring met bruggen, sluizencomplexen, beweegbare constructies of vergelijkbare infrastructuurprojecten is een sterke troef. Kennis van hydraulica, pneumatica of elektromechanische installaties is eveneens mooi meegenomen.

· Je bent vertrouwd met de ontwerp- en engineeringfase van projecten. Je focus ligt op de coördinatie van het ontwerp, niet op de operationele installatie of uitvoering.

· Je communiceert helder, brengt mensen samen en weet technische discussies op een constructieve manier te begeleiden.

· Je behoudt het overzicht in complexe projecten, denkt vooruit en durft knopen door te hakken wanneer verschillende belangen samenkomen.
