Als projectleider relighting trek je projecten van A tot Z: van studie en ontwerp tot uitvoering, oplevering en nazorg. Je werkt aan de vernieuwing en modernisering van openbare verlichtingsinstallaties, slimme verlichtingssystemen en energie-efficiënte LED-oplossingen langs wegen, in stads- en gemeentelijke omgevingen en op andere publieke infrastructuren.

We bekijken samen welke projecten het beste bij jou passen en bouwen je verantwoordelijkheden op volgens je ervaring en interesses.

Bovendien is werken in relighting nooit saai: je draagt rechtstreeks bij aan een duurzamere en veiligere leefomgeving. Dankzij jouw projecten worden steden en gemeenten energiezuiniger, toekomstbestendiger en aangenamer voor hun inwoners.

Je verdeelt je tijd tussen:

· aanwezigheid op de werf, waar je je teams ondersteunt en opvolgt

· overleg met klanten, netbeheerders, studiebureaus en leveranciers

· technische en administratieve opvolging in functie van kwaliteit, veiligheid, budget en planning

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden;

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het project vanaf studiefase tot en met eindoplevering.
  • Je staat in voor de coördinatie van relightingprojecten zowel naar klant toe als naar de eigen werfleiding.
  • Je denkt mee in oplossingen en biedt praktische, klantgerichte antwoorden op technische of organisatorische uitdagingen.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte documentatie doorheen het volledige projectverloop.
  • Je zoekt opportuniteiten binnen de uitvoering en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties op vlak van energieverbruik, onderhoud en duurzaamheid.
  • Je volgt zowel de technische als financiële voortgang van je projecten nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent een echte verbinder tussen werf, kantoor, klant en andere betrokken stakeholders.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten conform de geldende normen, lastenboeken en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd.
