Als social compliance support zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers, bezoekers en leveranciers vlot en correct toegang krijgen tot onze projectlocaties. Je staat in voor het beheer van toegangsbadges en de bijbehorende administratie, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en discretie essentieel zijn. Je controleert persoonsgegevens, beheert toegangsrechten en zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens in onze systemen up-to-date blijven.

Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of problemen met badges en toegangen. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en werkt samen met verschillende interne diensten en externe partners om de dagelijkse werking zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Jouw takenpakket:

· Je controleert identiteits- en andere identificatiedocumenten en zorgt voor het correct aanmaken, activeren, wijzigen en deactiveren van toegangsbadges.

· Je beheert toegangsrechten en badgeautorisaties voor arbeiders, bezoekers en leveranciers en volgt de bijbehorende aanvragen nauwgezet op.

· Je houdt de gegevens van arbeiders en badges in de systemen ZEN en Relatics actueel en controleert of alle informatie correct en volledig is ingevoerd.

· Je beantwoordt vragen over badges en toegangen en zoekt oplossingen voor operationele problemen. Hiervoor stem je waar nodig af met interne diensten en externe partners.

· Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van de toegangsprocedures en formuleert voorstellen voor uitzonderingen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

· Je ondersteunt bij administratieve rapporteringen en controles en denkt actief mee over manieren om bestaande processen en procedures te verbeteren.
