Jeg er en gutt på 10 år, som har Down Syndrom og bruker tegn til tale. På dagtid er jeg på skolen, men trenger noen som kan være med å skape en fin hverdag for meg på ettermiddag/kveld og helg. I en turnus på 6 uker, vil det være vakter 2 helger på rad.

Jeg er aktiv og liker å svømme, sykle og å gå turer.

I jobben som personlig assistent i JAG stilles det emosjonelle krav. Emosjonelle krav handler om de følelsesmessige kravene som stilles til arbeidstaker i møte med andre. Håndtering av egne og andres følelser er en viktig del av jobben. I rollen som personlig assistent kan man komme i situasjoner hvor man må justere og/eller beherske egne følelser, samt håndtere andre menneskers følelser inkludert sorger og gleder. Det vil være ulike krav i de ulike BPA-ordningene, dette gås gjennom på intervju og ved praktisk opplæring på arbeidsplassen.

Som personlig assistent i JAG utgjør du en forskjell hver dag, og personlig egnethet er avgjørende.

Lønn:

Når du søker på stillingen må du legge ved både søknad og en utfyllende CV.
