Om mig

Jag är en 23-årig tjej som bor i egen lägenhet i Årstadal. Jag sitter i rullstol och har flera funktionsnedsättningar, vilket innebär att jag behöver assistans i alla mina grundläggande behov. Jag använder alternativ kommunikation som jag utvecklar kontinuerligt, och jag söker dig som vill arbeta tillsammans med mig i min vardag.

Jag lever ett aktivt liv med arbete på vardagar och fritidsintressen som shopping, musik, fika, ridning och att umgås med vänner. För att kunna göra allt detta behöver jag en trygg och engagerad assistent vid min sida.

Om tjänsten:

Vi söker just nu flera olika

Den ena tjänsten omfattar vaken natt varje torsdag klockan 21.00-08.45.

Den andra tjänsten omfattar ca sex fasta arbetspass i månaden, varannan vecka – måndagar och onsdagar kl. 15.00–21.15 samt varannan fredag kväll 15.30-22.00.

Det finns även möjlighet att arbeta extra vid behov.

Som personlig assistent kommer du att ge stöd i alla delar av vardagen, vilket innebär hjälp med samtliga grundläggande och personliga behov. Ditt arbete handlar om att skapa trygghet, självständighet och livskvalitet, där kvinnans önskemål och behov alltid står i fokus.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Personlig omvårdnad och stöd i vardagliga aktiviteter
  • Stöd i kommunikation
  • Förflyttningar och eventuella lyft
  • Assistans i hemmet samt på min arbetsplats i Västertorp
  • Fritidsaktiviteter och sociala sammanhang

Vem söker jag?

Jag söker en kvinnlig personlig assistent som:

  • är positiv, påhittig och trygg
  • har humor och energi
  • är ansvarsfull, flexibel och engagerad
  • har god grundfysik då lyft förekommer
  • inte är allergisk mot pälsdjur (hundar och hästar finns i min närhet)

Tidigare erfarenhet av personlig assistans är meriterande men inte ett krav. Personkemin och att vi trivs tillsammans är det allra viktigaste.

Kvalifikationer

  • Kvinnlig sökande (på grund av brukarens behov)
  • Svenska i tal och skrift
  • Erfarenhet av personlig assistans är meriterande men ej krav

Anställningsvillkor

  • Omfattning: Timanställning, varannan vecka fasta tider samt extra vid behov (dag, kväll, natt och helg)
  • Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse
  • Arbetsplats: Årstadal och Västertorp, Stockholm
