Responsibilities

  • Approach, Greet, and Offer Assistance or Direction to Any Customer Who Enters the Dealership Showroom or Sales Lot.
  • Explain Fully Product Performance, Application, and Benefits to Prospects.
  • Offer Test Drives to All Prospects and Follows Dealership Procedure.
  • Exhibit High Level of Commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Attend Product and Sales Training Courses As Requested by Sales Manager.
  • Keep Abreast of New Products, Features, Accessories, Etc. and Their Benefits to Customers.
  • Introduce Customers to Service Department Personnel to Emphasize the Quality and Efficiency of Service Repairs and Maintenance Available.
  • Maintain an Owner Follow-up System That Encourages Repeat and Referral Business and Contributes to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Other Duties As Assigned.

Qualifications

  • Individual Must Possess a Valid Driver’s License and Operate Standard and Automatic Vehicles.
  • 3+ Years of Automotive Sales Experience.
  • Must Maintain a Professional Appearance and a Cordial Attitude Towards All Guests.
  • Able to Handle Stress of High Customer Demand.
  • Must Be People Oriented, Demonstrate Strong Leadership Abilities.
  • Must Be Able to Attend to People's’ Needs, Requests or Expressed Wishes.
  • As Employees of the Collection, We Must Treat Our Customers As Invited Guests, Own Customer Concerns, and Provide Personal Attention.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to Stand, Drive Manual and Standard Transmissions, and Walk Throughout the Dealership Facility Which Includes the Lot, Showroom, Service Department, and Office Areas for Most of the Shift.
  • Work Shift Is Monday Through Saturday, 6 Days a Week. Weekly Work Hours Average 45-55 per Week.
