About the opportunity
We are seeking an organized, proactive Marketing and Practice Development Coordinator to keep marketing initiatives moving and support practice growth. You will coordinate campaigns and events, maintain reliable prospect data, support relationships with professional referral partners, and help our advisors follow through on growth opportunities.

· Keep CRM leads, prospects, opportunities, and campaign records current; help resolve duplicate, incomplete, or outdated information.
· Prepare clear updates for weekly marketing meetings covering prospect activity, meetings, campaign results, and progress toward practice growth goals.
· Document repeatable workflows with clear instructions, screenshots, and links to firm resources.
· Provide light client-care and administrative support as needed, including gathering information for routine service requests, phone coverage, message routing, and service-case follow-up.
Requirements
What you bring
· Experience in marketing coordination, event planning, CRM administration, business development support, or a closely related role; two or more years preferred.
· Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several deadlines and shifting priorities.
· Clear written and verbal communication and dependable follow-through with prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
· Comfort working with CRM systems, reports, spreadsheets, and Microsoft 365; willingness to learn new workflow tools, including Copilot.
· The ability to identify data issues, improve processes, and translate activity into useful reporting.
· Professional judgment, discretion with confidential information, and a client-service mindset.
· Financial services or wealth management experience is a plus.
What success looks like
· Campaigns, content, and events are coordinated accurately and completed on time.
· Prospect records are reliable, outreach is tracked, and follow-up has clear ownership.
· Leadership receives useful reporting on marketing activity and progress toward agreed goals.
· Core workflows are documented so the team can perform them consistently.
