DEINE AUFGABEN

- Im Recruiting wirkst du aktiv mit: Du erstellst Stellenanzeigen, screenst Bewerbungen, koordinierst Interviews und begleitest Kandidat:innen entlang des gesamten Prozesses.

- Du sorgst für ein Onboarding, das begeistert – von der Konzeption durchdachter Formate bis zur organisatorischen Umsetzung eines erstklassigen Starts für neue Kolleg:innen.

- Deine Kreativität zeigst du bei der Planung und Organisation von Team-Events, Initiativen und Aktionswochen – inklusive Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern.

- Du stärkst unsere Unternehmenskultur und unterstützt bei Engagement-Umfragen sowie der Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen aus dem Feedback.

- Du entwickelst unsere Office Experience weiter.

DEIN PROFIL

- Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Psychologie, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar mit mindestens einem Jahr verbleibender Studiendauer

- Erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-, People- oder Office Management ist ein Plus

- Erste Erfahrungen mit einem HRIS ist ein Plus

- Du bist kommunikativ, strukturiert und zuverlässig

- Ownership und Accountability sind bei dir fest verankert

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten sind für dich selbstverständlich

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
