Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team in Nashville, TN. As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met. You will support the Director of Operations in implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of cleaning services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support and mentor a team of cleaning staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on operational performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
