innovación. Buscamos una persona para liderar e integrar las funciones

propias de una asesoría fiscal dentro de nuestra organización.

Descripción del Puesto

Como responsable de la dirección financiera, te encargarás de la gestión

integral del departamento financiero y fiscal de la empresa. Tu misión será

asegurar el cumplimiento normativo, optimizar la gestión de recursos y

aportar visión estratégica a la compañía, asumiendo funciones

tradicionalmente delegadas a asesorías externas.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Creación y gestión del departamento financiero y contable.
  • Supervisión de la contabilidad general, balances, cuentas de resultados y libros contables.
  • Elaboración y presentación de declaraciones fiscales (IVA, IRPF,
  • Impuesto de Sociedades, modelos informativos, etc.).
  • Coordinación fiscal entre nuestras distintas sociedades a nivel internacional, asegurando la correcta gestión y cumplimiento en toda las jurisdicciones.
  • Gestión de tesorería y conciliación bancaria.
  • Elaboración de informes financieros y análisis para la dirección.
  • Supervisión del cierre contable y fiscal mensual, trimestral y anual.
  • Coordinación de auditorías internas y externas.
  • Garantía del cumplimiento de la normativa contable, fiscal y de Seguridad Social.
  • Liderazgo y desarrollo del equipo financiero.

Requisitos

  • Titulación universitaria en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o similar.
  • Doble grado en Derecho/ADE será valorado.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en dirección en asesoría fiscal, preferiblemente en el sector de la belleza, retail o autocuidado.
  • Dominio avanzado de la normativa fiscal y contable vigente en España.
  • Alta capacidad analítica, liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cumplimiento.
  • Se valorará la certificación CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) o equivalente.
