FORD MOBILE SERVICE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to support and manage our growing Ford Mobile Service Program. This role is responsible for coordinating mobile repair appointments, communicating with customers, and ensuring our mobile service operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate Ford Mobile Service appointments for customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service needs, appointment times, and repair updates.
  • Work closely with mobile technicians, service advisors, and parts departments to ensure parts and tools are ready for each appointment.
  • Verify repair orders and ensure proper documentation and warranty coding when applicable.
  • Monitor and manage the mobile service schedule and route planning to maximize efficiency.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Assist with processing repair orders, invoices, and warranty claims when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of mobile service activity and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service department experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Ford systems is a plus
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Basic understanding of automotive service and maintenance
