Who We Are:

We're building the future of entertainment through our AI TV show platform where viewers control scenes in real time and create their own worlds. Our team is exploring how AI will fundamentally transform creativity and entertainment - if this mission excites you, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a full-time Unity engineer, with a proven track record of shipping products
  • Must be in or near San Francisco, this is an in person role
  • Ideally you've either worked on an indie/mobile game or been an early engineer at a startup

Compensation:

130k-180k with generous equity package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop immersive, interactive sandbox environments for our AI-driven show platform
  • Design and implement systems for dynamic camera control, character animation, and efficient management of large-scale addressable assets
  • Create seamless integration between Unity and AI agents for navigation and dialogue systems
  • Develop and optimize WebGL and iOS deployments
  • Collaborate with a small, high-impact founding team to shape our technical foundation and product roadmap
