Opis poslova i radnih zadataka:

  • organizacija, koordinacija i nadzor rada računovodstva
  • vođenje i kontrola poslovnih knjiga u skladu sa zakonskim propisima i računovodstvenim standardima
  • kontrola i knjiženje ulaznih i izlaznih računa, bankovnih izvoda, blagajne i ostale knjigovodstvene dokumentacije
  • praćenje i kontrola obračuna PDV-a te izrada i kontrola poreznih prijava i drugih propisanih izvještaja
  • kontrola obračuna plaća, naknada plaća, drugih primitaka i pripadajućih poreza i doprinosa
  • izrada mjesečnih, tromjesečnih i godišnjih financijskih izvještaja
  • priprema i izrada godišnjih financijskih izvještaja, prijave poreza na dobit i završnih računa
  • praćenje zakonskih propisa iz područja računovodstva, poreza i financija te primjena istih u poslovanju
  • usklađivanje analitičkih i sintetičkih evidencija, salda konti kupaca i dobavljača te ostalih bilančnih pozicija
  • praćenje potraživanja i obveza, kontrola dospijeća i usklađivanje otvorenih stavaka
  • kontrola obračuna amortizacije, dugotrajne imovine, zaliha i troškova poslovanja
  • sudjelovanje u izradi financijskih planova, analiza poslovanja i izvještaja za upravu
  • priprema dokumentacije i suradnja s revizorima, poreznim tijelima, bankama i drugim institucijama
  • nadzor ispravnosti i pravodobnosti računovodstvenih evidencija i izvještavanja
  • organizacija i unapređenje računovodstvenih procesa te primjena odgovarajućih računovodstvenih programa
  • obavljanje ostalih poslova iz područja računovodstva i financija prema nalogu uprave.

Uvjeti:

  • odgovarajuće obrazovanje ekonomskog smjera
  • 10 godina iskustva
  • radno iskustvo na računovodstvenim poslovima, poželjno iskustvo u vođenju računovodstva
  • dobro poznavanje računovodstvenih i poreznih propisa Republike Hrvatske
  • poznavanje rada u računovodstvenim programima i MS Office alatima
  • samostalnost, odgovornost, organiziranost i preciznost u radu
  • sposobnost organizacije rada i koordinacije računovodstvenih poslova.
