Ofertamos a capacidade de integrar soluções tecnológicas e financeiras a diferentes frentes de negócios, construindo produtos de forma completa ou modular e entregando a experiência do usuário de ponta a ponta.Estamos procurando uma pessoa para a posição de Coordenador(a) de Estratégia de Cobrança para nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos alguém para liderar a estratégia de cobrança da carteira de crédito, do pré-vencimento à recuperação de perdas. A pessoa vai equilibrar recuperação, custo e experiência do cliente, usando dados para decidir quem acionar, quando, por qual canal e com qual oferta.Responsabilidades

Desenhar e otimizar a régua de cobrança por segmento, produto e faixa de atraso: preventiva, early, late e write-off. Definir políticas de negociação: descontos, parcelamentos, campanhas e alçadas. Segmentar a carteira por modelos de propensão de pagamento (behavior e collection score), junto com Crédito e Dados. Acompanhar os principais indicadores: roll rate, curvas de recuperação, CPC, promessa e pagamento, custo por real recuperado e efeito na PDD. Montar testes A/B (champion/challenger) de canais, abordagens e ofertas. Trabalhar junto com Crédito, Produto, Jurídico, Atendimento e Finanças para reduzir a perda líquida. Coordenar e desenvolver um time de analistas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, estatística ou áreas afins. Experiência sólida em cobrança ou recuperação de crédito em banco, fintech ou financeira, com passagem em posição de liderança ou referência técnica. Domínio de indicadores de cobrança e de análise por safra. Excel avançado, Power BI. Experiência com gestão de assessorias e discadores ou plataformas omnichannel (WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, URA). Conhecimento das regras de cobrança: CDC, LGPD e boas práticas de abordagem.
