As Expert Financial Planning & Analysis, you will work on reporting and analysis to build a holistic performance overview of the DFS business. You will be responsible for KPI reporting, forecasting and articulating actual performance against targets and the business plan.

You will build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and work with the DFS product and service teams and the bank’s teams to ensure realistic financial inputs.

What you’ll own

  • Prepare KPI reporting, ensure all reports are complete and align business definitions.
  • Build performance management dashboards for management and analyze business performance against key KPIs.
  • Prepare periodic management reporting and presentation decks for shareholders and senior management.
  • Assist business teams in preparing forecasts and the business plan, and report actual performance against targets.
  • Participate in and organize business challenge meetings.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders, working with product, service and bank teams to ensure realistic financial inputs.

What success looks like

  • KPI reports are complete, accurate and based on aligned business definitions.
  • Management has clear dashboards and decks on performance against targets and the business plan.
  • Forecasts and business plans are built on realistic financial inputs.
  • Business challenge meetings are well organized and drive action.
  • Relationships with internal and external stakeholders are strong.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you

  • Bring 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in management reporting, business analytics or performance management.
  • Hold a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree or a professional finance certification.
  • Have hands-on experience building financial models in Excel (BI tools and SQL expertise are desirable).
  • Have strong analytical skills, business sense and understanding of financial concepts and numbers.
  • Are a structured doer who can handle multiple tasks, with telecom, banking or financial services experience (fintech preferred).
