Procurement operations play a critical role in ensuring business requirements are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and in line with established policies and procedures. As JazzWorld continues to advance its digital capabilities, there is an opportunity to strengthen transactional procurement through process improvement, automation and data-driven insights.

As an Expert PO Fulfillment, you will be responsible for executing transactional procurement operations, ensuring the accurate and timely conversion of approved Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders, managing Blanket and Contract Purchase Agreements, and supporting procurement stakeholders. You will also contribute to the integration of AI capabilities, automation workflows and reporting solutions to improve procurement processes and operational visibility.

You will report directly to the PO Fulfillment Manager.

What you’ll own

  • Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Validate pricing, tax codes, payment terms and delivery dates.
  • Convert approved PRs into Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Issue POs to vendors and obtain acknowledgements.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of assigned procurement activities.
  • Manage Blanket and Contract Purchase Agreements.
  • Track and reconcile agreements against approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with procurement sourcing personnel to resolve queries and requests within agreed service levels.
  • Work with IT and data teams to integrate AI capabilities with ERP systems, procurement platforms, RPA workflows and reporting solutions.
  • Build AI-enabled assistants or workflows to support routine procurement queries, operational insights and process documentation.
  • Integrate approved large language models (LLMs) and AI services into enterprise workflows.
  • Drive process improvement and automation through digital tools.
  • Build dashboards and analytical reports to monitor PO status, supplier performance, order backlogs and automation effectiveness.
  • Support internal and external audits on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of procurement data, including appropriate handling of view-only access rights where applicable.
  • Ensure data governance, control and integrity across business units and functional departments.
  • Work with ERP systems, including Oracle Fusion and/or SAP.
  • Complete requests within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Management, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

  • Purchase Requisitions are accurately reviewed and converted into Purchase Orders in line with procurement policies and SOPs.
  • Requests are completed within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Blanket and Contract Purchase Agreements are effectively managed, tracked and reconciled against budgets.
  • Procurement processes are improved through the effective use of digital tools and automation.
  • AI-enabled workflows and integrations support procurement operations and improve process efficiency.
  • Dashboards and reports provide clear visibility into PO status, supplier performance, backlogs and automation effectiveness.
  • Procurement data remains confidential, accurate and governed through appropriate controls.
  • Internal and external audit requirements are managed effectively.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT automation, systems integration or digital transformation.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable local or foreign university.
  • Have experience implementing AI-enabled automation or integrating AI services into business applications.
  • Bring hands-on experience implementing production RPA workflows.
  • Have basic knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
  • Understand RPA workflow design, implementation support and bot monitoring.
  • Are familiar with generative AI tools and prompt design for business processes.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
