Vapor, água, refrigeração, ar comprimido, etc); Estudar todos os processos que compreendem operação dos equipamentos a tal forma de viabilizar novos conceitos e ganhos de eficiência; Trabalhar com objetivo maior de redução de gastos e aumento de eficiência, melhoria continua; Utilizar a capacidade máxima de todos os recursos ligados a essa área; Manter a palavra confiabilidade entre todas as atividades e serviços; Trabalhar voltado a Custo, através do retorno do investimento (ROI); Programar todas as atividades ligadas às áreas de manutenção neste setor de apoio; Erros Zero, evitar todos os desvios e retrabalhos ligados a essa área; Usar limpeza e organização como base para atingir os objetivos; Atender adequações e necessidades sugeridas pela gerencia industrial assim como os colaboradores; Promover melhorias continua; Especificação de materiais e terceiros; Controle e administração do Organograma da Manutenção; Organização de treinamentos; Verificar regularmente a execução dos procedimentos de manutenção e operação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação: Engenharias e afins; Experiência na área de atuação será diferencial;Conhecimento de informática (Excel, Office e PMIS);Conhecimento de peças, materiais, instalações e equipamentos da planta;Conhecimento técnico em refrigeração;
