Seus principais desafios serão solucionar falhas complexas, implementar melhorias nos processos e garantir a confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos sistemas de automação industrial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar intervenções, desenvolvimento, manutenção e melhorias em softwares de automação industrial, com domínio obrigatório do sistema SIMATIC PCS 7 Siemens, incluindo configuração, programação, diagnóstico e manutenção de sistemas SDCD, além de conhecimento em TIA Portal;Diagnosticar, analisar e corrigir falhas em controladores Siemens, especialmente CPU 410-5H e família S7-1500, incluindo análise de diagnósticos, comunicação e funcionamento dos sistemas;Realizar backups, restauração e atualização de projetos de automação industrial, garantindo a integridade, rastreabilidade e controle das versões;Avaliar as condições de funcionamento e desempenho de instrumentos, sensores e componentes de automação, registrando as intervenções por meio de ordens de manutenção;Prestar suporte técnico à equipe de instrumentação e automação, atuando no diagnóstico, configuração e manutenção de remotas SIMATIC ET 200SP e dispositivos de campo;Desenvolver, modificar e diagnosticar lógicas de automação no SIMATIC PCS 7, utilizando principalmente Continuous Function Chart (CFC) e Sequential Function Chart (SFC), incluindo sequências operacionais, permissivos e intertravamentos;Realizar instalação, configuração, parametrização e diagnóstico de equipamentos Siemens, incluindo inversores SINAMICS G120, relés inteligentes SIMOCODE e soft-starters SIRIUS;Realizar programação, configuração, manutenção e diagnóstico no SIMATIC BATCH, incluindo receitas, procedimentos e sequências de produção;Efetuar configuração, manutenção e diagnóstico no sistema PM-ANALYZE V9, visando à análise de dados e eventos de processos industriais;Exercer intervenções, alterações de telas, configuração de alarmes, diagnósticos e manutenção no sistema supervisório SIMATIC WinCC, integrado ao PCS 7;Configurar, parametrizar e diagnosticar o sistema SIMATIC PCS 7 PowerControl, incluindo monitoramento e integração dos sistemas elétricos ao ambiente de automação;Realizar análise e diagnóstico de redes industriais, principalmente PROFINET, IEC 61850, IO link e AS-i, identificando falhas de comunicação e problemas de integração entre dispositivos;Apoiar o diagnóstico e a análise de funções de proteção ANSI em relés de cubículos de média e baixa tensão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesTécnico ou Tecnólogo em automação industrial (Completo);Obrigatório domínio e experiência comprovada em SIMATIC PCS 7 Siemens, incluindo programação CFC/SFC, diagnóstico de falhas e manutenção de sistemas de automação;Experiência sólida na função;Experiência com CLPs Siemens, CPU 410-5H, S7-1500, supervisório WinCC e redes industriais PROFINET, IEC 61850 e AS-i;Desejável experiência com SIMATIC BATCH, PM-ANALYZE V9, PCS 7 PowerControl;Atuação com os modelos de relé de proteção: SIPROTEC e Reyrolle SIEMENS será um diferencial;Capacitação em SIMATIC PCS 7 Siemens (obrigatória), com domínio em programação CFC/SFC, diagnóstico e manutenção de sistemas de automação;Desejável conhecimento em TIA Portal, WinCC e SIMATIC BATCH;Inglês.
