🎯 Descrição da Vaga

Estamos em busca de um Analista de Transportes comprometido, analítico e proativo para atuar na gestão operacional e estratégica da frota da empresa. Este profissional será responsável por garantir a eficiência logística, a conformidade com as normas da empresa e o bom desempenho dos veículos e motoristas.

📌 Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar e controlar a frota de veículos próprios (preventiva, corretiva, documentações e rastreamento); e terceiros, controle de fretes.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho de transportes (KPIs de entrega, avarias, custos, tempo de ciclo, etc.) ;
  • Acompanhar rotas e planos de transporte otimizados, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e requisitos legais;
  • Realizar interface com motoristas, clientes, fornecedores de manutenção e parceiros logísticos;
  • Garantir a conformidade com normas internas e demais legislações aplicáveis ao transporte de produtos farmacêuticos;
  • Apoiar processos de auditoria e fiscalizações internas e externas;
  • Sugerir e implementar melhorias nos processos logísticos e operacionais de transporte.
  • Analisar, organizar, divulgar e comunicar escalas de motoristas.
  • Apoiar os gestores nos trâmites relacionados aos motoristas próprios e agregados.

✅ Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada na área de gestão de frota e transportes;
  • Conhecimento em legislação de transporte, sistemas e procedimentos de rastreabilidade;
  • Domínio de sistemas e ferramentas de monitoramento de frota (como Omnilink, Sascar, Autotrac, etc.) ;
  • Excel intermediário e capacidade analítica;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e foco em resultados.

  • Certificações na área de Logística e/ou Transportes;
  • Experiência com transporte de cargas fracionadas.
  • Vivência com auditorias.
  • Agilidade, Resiliência e concentração.

Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira: 8:00 às 18:00.
