Deine Aufgaben

  • Serviceorientierte Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von komplexen, überwiegend technischen Anfragen unserer Kunden am Telefon und über unser Ticket-System
  • Bearbeitung von prozess-, produkt- und anwendungsspezifischen Händler– und Kundenanforderungen mit dem Stammwerk in England
  • Durchführung von produktspezifischen Trainings
  • Unterstützung bei Garantie- und Kulanzfällen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Baumaschinen-, Landmaschinen- oder Nutzfahrzeugtechnik, gerne mit entsprechender Qualifikation (z.B. Ingenieur Maschinenbau, Techniker oder Meister)
  • Versierter Umgang mit computergestützten Diagnosesystemen, Microsoft Office und idealerweise Know-how im Umgang mit Telemetrie-Systemen
  • hohe Flexibilität und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
