  Overview of What You Might Do

Participate in engineering projects that improve product performance, quality, safety, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and product development. Analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Apply engineering principles to support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with implementation of automation and advanced manufacturing technologies. Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Present project findings and recommendations to engineering and business leaders. Build technical and leadership competencies through formal development opportunities.

  Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  Preferred Qualifications

Previous engineering internship or co-op experience. Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar). Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies. Experience with data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, project teams, or extracurricular activities.
