Ihr Aufgabenfeld

  • Planung und Koordination der Serviceeinsätze zur termingerechten Durchführung von Reparatur- und Servicearbeiten und Wartungstermine
  • Erfassung von Störmeldungen und Bewertung des Einsatzbedarfs hinsichtlich der Dauer und der notwendigen Ersatzteile bzw. der notwendigen Ausrüstung
  • Terminverfolgung von Serviceaufträgen und Ersatzteilaufträgen
  • Telefonische Störungsannahme und Terminvereinbarungen mit den Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenrückfragen · Aufbereitung und Auswertung der Serviceberichte sowie Inbetriebsnahmeberichte
  • Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Kundenbeschwerden

Anforderungen

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität & Organisationstalent
  • Selbständiger, verantwortungsbewusster und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Disposition
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Oracle Fusion und Salesforce (Servicemax) von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
  • Technisches Flair
  • Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, freundlich, belastbar, flexibel
  • Deutsch sowie gute englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Französisch & Italienisch von Vorteil)
