  • Identify and resolve project scope, financial, and schedule impacts related to manufacturing issues.
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships with customers and suppliers vital to the success of Johnson Controls' specially engineered products.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a lessons learned report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and provide leadership to project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability.
  • Identify and engage required resources depending on status or project phase.
  • Coordinate and lead a cross-functional project resource team to ensure clear and accurate communication necessary to deliver the project on time and budget.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus one to three years related work experience.
  • Expectation that PMI/PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional) certification will be obtained within 2 years of employment in the position.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
