  • Stay close to the customer, site conditions, and technical scope by asking the right questions early and removing obstacles quickly.
  • Use continuous improvement and candid problem-solving to strengthen estimation accuracy, improve proposal quality, and refine your approach over time.
  • Work as one team with sales, engineering, suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients to align technical solutions and commercial assumptions.
  • Keep the customer outcome in focus by balancing retrofit feasibility, technical performance, pricing, and delivery expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building automation, controls, pre-sales, estimation, or retrofit project support.
  • Strong technical knowledge in CPO/CPM retrofit offerings.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
