The posting

为使用江森自控设备和系统的客户提供专业服务，重点围绕暖通空调系统及相关设备，覆盖已签订及未签订保养合同的客户。通过持续的客户拜访，深入了解客户业务需求、设备运行情况及面临的挑战，识别潜在服务机会并提供专业解决方案。

以客户现有设备及服务需求为基础，为客户提供维修保养、零配件更换、系统调试、升级改造及其他增值服务，帮助客户提升设备运行的安全性、可靠性和效率，并建立长期稳定的客户合作关系。

你将要做什么

  • 推动暖通空调相关延伸服务业务，包括维修保养、零配件更换、系统调试、升级改造及增值服务等；
  • 根据区域业务策略持续开发和转化潜在客户，拓展服务业务机会，提升区域市场覆盖；
  • 定期开展高质量客户拜访，建立并维护良好的客户关系，深入了解客户需求并提供合适的服务解决方案；
  • 全面了解客户预算、采购计划、设备运行情况及市场竞争信息，识别客户潜在需求并持续挖掘业务机会；
  • 熟悉并持续关注山东区域市场，维护现有客户并积极开发潜在客户；
  • 协调运营、技术支持及相关职能团队，共同推动解决方案落地，确保对客户的服务承诺得到有效执行；
  • 跟进业务全过程，包括商机、订单、项目实施、开票、回款及客户满意度等关键环节；
  • 完成公司业务目标，并通过持续、高质量的客户服务提升客户满意度。

我们需要的是

  • 本科及以上学历，暖通空调、自控、机电、制冷或相关专业优先；
  • 3年以上相关行业工作经验，具备暖通空调行业服务销售背景优先；
  • 熟悉中央空调系统，包括主机、机房系统、水系统、末端设备及控制系统等，有维修、保养或改造类业务经验优先；
  • 熟悉山东市场及当地客户情况，具备相关客户资源或市场经验者优先；
  • 能够适应区域业务需要，愿意出差至烟台、威海等山东区域城市开展客户及项目工作；
  • 具备良好的客户沟通及需求挖掘能力，能够快速建立信任，理解客户核心需求；
  • 具备顾问式销售思维，能够结合客户实际情况提供有价值的解决方案；
  • 具备良好的时间及项目管理能力，能够有效规划客户拜访并持续推动项目进展；
  • 沟通能力强，工作积极主动，有责任心和较好的团队协作意识。
