En JD GROUP, seguimos impulsando el talento joven y ampliando nuestras fronteras. Buscamos a un/a estudiante o recién graduado/a apasionado/a por las personas para incorporarse a nuestro departamento de People como Talent Trainee.

En esta posición, formarás parte activa del equipo de Talent Acquisition dando soporte en procesos de selección y desarrollo tanto para España como para Holanda. Contarás con un plan de formación tutorizado para que aproveches al máximo tu primera experiencia profesional.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Formación: Estudiantes de Grado o Máster en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o similares.
  • Idiomas: Imprescindible nivel de Holandés (para la gestión de procesos y comunicación con los equipos de Holanda) e Inglés B2.
  • Ganas de aprender, vocación por el área de Selección / Reclutamiento y capacidad de trabajo en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?

  • Criba curricular y selección: Soporte en la identificación de perfiles para tiendas y oficinas centrales (Head Office).
  • Gestión de candidatos: Realización de llamadas, gestión de pruebas y solicitud de referencias profesionales.
  • Procesos de Onboarding: Apoyo en la organización de la acogida e incorporación de los nuevos talentos a la compañía.
  • Gestión de vacantes: Publicación y seguimiento de posiciones de prácticas y vacantes internas.
