Buscamos una persona dinámica, creativa y con ganas de aprender para incorporarse como People Trainee dentro del departamento de People. Tendrá la oportunidad de participar en proyectos estratégicos relacionados con la Comunicación Interna, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Talent y Development, contribuyendo a mejorar la experiencia de nuestros empleados y fortaleciendo nuestra cultura corporativa en JD.

Será una excelente oportunidad para adquirir una visión global del área de People, colaborando con diferentes equipos y participando en iniciativas de impacto para JD Iberia.

Funciones principales

Comunicación Interna

  • Apoyar en la creación y difusión de comunicaciones dirigidas a empleados y equipos de la organización.
  • Impulsar la participación y el uso de las herramientas de comunicación interna.
  • Colaborar en campañas de comunicación relacionadas con proyectos, iniciativas corporativas y cambios organizativos.
  • Elaborar contenidos creativos y materiales de comunicación adaptados a distintos públicos internos.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Colaborar en iniciativas destinadas a mejorar el compromiso, bienestar y experiencia de los empleados.
  • Apoyar en la organización y seguimiento de campañas de engagement, reconocimientos y eventos internos.
  • Ayudar en el análisis resultados de encuestas de satisfacción y clima laboral, realizando seguimiento de los planes de acción.
  • Participar en actividades que promuevan la cultura, valores y sentido de pertenencia.

People Proyects & HR Support

  • Colaborar en la preparación de presentaciones, informes y materiales para reuniones estratégicas.
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas y de coordinación relacionadas con HR Operations y Relaciones Laborales.
  • Realizar seguimiento de acciones y proyectos para garantizar su correcta ejecución.
  • Participar en proyectos transversales del área de People.

Talent & Development

  • Dar soporte al equipo de Talent Acquisition y Development en diferentes proyectos y procesos.
  • Apoyar en la gestión y coordinación de iniciativas relacionadas con la carrera profesional y el talento.
  • Dar soporte en programas de formación, desarrollo y aprendizaje interno.
  • Diversidad & Inclusion: Colaborar en campañas y actividades de sensibilización y concienciación.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiantes matriculados/as en el Grado o Postgrado de RRLL y RRHH o similares.
  • Habilidades de Comunicación y Diseño de contenido.
  • Nivel de inglés B2
  • Residir en Madrid
