En Sprinter te ofrecemos una puerta de entrada a tu futuro profesional. Nuestro programa de prácticas tiene como objetivo formar y desarrollar talento emergente en diferentes áreas de negocio. Para ello, hemos diseñado un itinerario formativo en el que te asignaremos un/a tutor/a que garantizará la calidad de tu formación, asegurándose de que aproveches al máximo tu experiencia.

Para el área de Development dentro del departamento de People, buscamos incorporar un/a estudiante para que dé soporte y participe en las formaciones técnicas y operativas de las nuevas incorporaciones en la JD , así como coordinar las formaciones y los planes formativos de todos los departamentos.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Apoyo en la gestión de acciones formativas: preparación salas de formación, envío convocatorias a formadores/as y asistentes, recopilación información
  • Solicitud y archivo de las hojas de firmas de todas las formaciones realizadas
  • Preparación y envío diplomas de formación
  • Apoyo en solicitud de viajes de las personas asistentes
  • Traducción de manuales, templates y material formativo/informativo en portugués/español e inglés
  • Apoyo en la gestión del magazine de Portugal, recopilando la información de los diferentes departamentos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estar cursando o haber finalizado recientemente el en Grado de Psicología, Máster de Gestión de RRHH o similares
  • Inglés B2
