JD Sports is op zoek naar een Visual Town Merchandiser voor een aantal winkels in Amsterdam!

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal winkels en fungeer je als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor visuele ondersteuning. Je begeleidt en motiveert je visual team om toonaangevende visual merchandising-presentaties te creëren. Daarnaast ondersteun je de Retail-teams, stimuleer je hun ontwikkeling en zorg je ervoor dat de winstgevendheid van de winkels bij elke gelegenheid wordt gemaximaliseerd.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Inspelen op opkomende trends door producten optimaal in de winkel te presenteren om de verkoop te maximaliseren.
  • Het implementeren van de wekelijkse Visual Merchandising-richtlijnen (VM-pack) in de winkels waar van toepassing.
  • Het vernieuwen van productpresentaties om bestsellers en nieuwe collecties onder de aandacht te brengen.
  • Wekelijks etalages bijwerken om klanten de nieuwste trends en bestverkopende producten van dat moment te tonen.
  • Verkoopcijfers analyseren, zoals wekelijkse handelsrapporten (filiaalreviews, top 10 per merk), om ervoor te zorgen dat de winkelindeling commercieel optimaal is.
  • Vooruitdenken en proactief inspelen op seizoenswisselingen, drukke verkoopperiodes en commerciële kansen.
  • Aantrekkelijke en opvallende presentaties creëren die klanten op een natuurlijke manier door de winkel leiden.
  • De Area Visual Manager ondersteunen met informatie uit het werkgebied wanneer nodig.
  • Winkels ondersteunen bij grotere wijzigingen in de winkelindeling buiten openingstijden.
  • Winkels ondersteunen bij VM E-Learning Modules en ervoor zorgen dat deze altijd up-to-date zijn.
  • Mede leidinggeven aan shopfit-projecten ter ondersteuning van ontwikkel- en doorgroeimogelijkheden wanneer nodig.
  • Nieuwe etalageconcepten en displays effectief uitvoeren bij de lancering van nieuwe campagnes.
  • Regelmatig communiceren met de Visual Support Manager en Area Manager over de prestaties en behoeften van jouw winkels.
  • Sterke werkrelaties opbouwen met Store Managers, winkelteams en regionale teams.

Vaardigheden en Ervaring

  • Ervaring met Visual Merchandising is een pré.
  • Ervaring of vaardigheden in Retail Management zijn een pré.
  • Uitstekende leiderschaps- en timemanagementvaardigheden.
  • Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Sterk commercieel inzicht.
  • Een rijbewijs is wenselijk, maar niet noodzakelijk.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen ter ondersteuning van nieuwe winkelopeningen.
  • 38 uur per week beschikbaarheid
  • Proactief, communicatief en analytisch vaardig zijn;
  • Outgoing, zelfverzekerd en een teamplayer zijn;
  • Daarnaast ben je altijd op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op Visual Merchandise gebied en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen!
