About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

1. Product Investigation and Market Research: collect competitor and customer insights, including customers needs, competitors good resources, price, sampling, promotions etc. 2. On-site Sales: Drive in-store sales and customer engagement. 3. Product Management: Familiar with the data of product price/inventory/accessories and unmarketable products, sample of the product, including layout standard of the product and price tag, manage the sales price and appropriate use of the coupons. 4. Customer Management: Identify the customers and achieve the sales via the accurate chanel, e.g. residence, across-industry advertisement, landlord visits etc. In charge of the managent of the customer without deal, including communicate and visit proactively to understand the needs to promote sales. 5. Other assignments by the supervisor.
