About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Monitoring & AuditingDevelop and execute quality inspection and auditing procedures across warehouse operations.Monitor inbound receiving accuracy, outbound order accuracy, inventory discrepancies, and operational compliance.Identify recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Process ImprovementIndependently investigate quality incidents, inventory discrepancies, and operational errors.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Partner with warehouse management to optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reduce operational errors.
  • Data Analysis & Quality ReportingEstablish and monitor quality KPIs, including order accuracy, inventory accuracy, defect rates, and error trends.Analyze operational data using advanced Excel and other analytical tools.Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance reports and present findings to warehouse leadership.
  • Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with inbound, outbound, inventory control, and operations management teams to address quality concerns.Coordinate corrective action plans, track progress, and evaluate effectiveness.Provide quality-related training and guidance to warehouse associates and team leaders.
  • Quality Standards & ComplianceEnsure warehouse operations comply with established company quality standards and procedures.Maintain accurate quality documentation, audit records, and improvement tracking.Support internal audits, operational assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in warehouse quality control, quality assurance, inventory control, or logistics operations.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Proven experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing measurable process improvements.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational performance data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage quality improvement projects and collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs and quality control procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume fulfillment center, e-commerce warehouse, or third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or relevant quality management certification.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other business intelligence and data analysis tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

  • Develop data-driven improvement plans that reduce errors and operational losses.
  • Improve inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and compliance with quality procedures.
  • Establish measurable quality KPIs and maintain reliable reporting.
  • Drive corrective actions through collaboration with warehouse leadership and operational teams.
  • Demonstrate measurable improvements in warehouse quality performance over time.
