Sobre o curso no SENAI: O Curso de Aprendizagem Industrial – Mecânico de Usinagem tem por objetivo proporcionar qualificação profissional na execução de atividades relacionadas à usinagem de peças em materiais ferrosos e não ferrosos, seguindo normas e procedimentos técnicos, de manutenção, segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade.

Sobre a atividade na JDF: Na JDF, o Jovem Aprendiz - Mecânico de Usinagem (Inspeção de Qualidade) irá auxiliar na inspeção de peças usinadas, verificando sua conformidade com as especificações técnicas. O Jovem Aprendiz irá atuar sob monitoria, aprendendo as técnicas e procedimentos necessários para garantir a qualidade dos produtos fabricados.

Principais atividades:

  • Auxiliar na inspeção de peças usinadas, verificando dimensões, tolerâncias e acabamento superficial de acordo com as especificações técnicas
  • Aprender a utilizar instrumentos de medição como paquímetro, micrômetro e calibradores para realizar as medições necessárias
  • Registrar os resultados das inspeções em formulários específicos, contribuindo para o controle de qualidade da produção
  • Auxiliar na identificação de não conformidades e na elaboração de relatórios de inspeção
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações para aprimorar seus conhecimentos técnicos e práticos na área de usinagem
  • Colaborar com a equipe de produção na identificação e solução de problemas relacionados à qualidade das peças usinadas
  • Manter a organização do ambiente de trabalho e zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e ferramentas utilizados
  • Seguir as normas de segurança e procedimentos internos da empresa, visando garantir a integridade física e a saúde no ambiente de trabalho
