Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the forestry team to prepare land for planting.
  • Utilize best practices with operating equipment for optimal productivity.
  • Responsible for maintaining equipment by performing general maintenance.
  • Work with safety in mind and wear appropriate PPE for task at hand.
  • Follow strict company environmental rules and best management practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education Required: Trade Certification an Asset
  • Years of Experience Required: 1+ years of experience operating and preventative maintenance of a heavy piece of equipment preferred.
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Work schedule is 12 hour daily shifts during the week
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours per week,
  • Night shift operations.
  • Willing to train the right person.
