Werk je graag met techniek én computers en wil je verantwoordelijkheid over een volledig productieproces? Als Procesoperator stuur je vanuit de controlekamer de productie aan en zorg je ervoor dat machines, grondstoffen en planning goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Technisch inzicht, logisch denken en zin om bij te leren zijn belangrijker.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en bewaakt het productieproces vanuit de controlekamer.
  • Je stelt machineparameters en productie-installaties correct in en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je analyseert en verhelpt kleine technische storingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
  • Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor een correcte ploegoverdracht en veilige productie.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en voelt je comfortabel met computers en geautomatiseerde productieprocessen.
  • Je leert snel en kan logisch nadenken wanneer een machine of proces afwijkt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je productieproces.
  • Je werkt graag samen en geeft belangrijke informatie correct door aan collega's.
  • Een technische opleiding of ervaring als procesoperator, productieoperator of machineoperator is een plus, maar geen vereiste.

Je staat hier niet de hele dag aan één machine. Vanuit de controlekamer hou je zicht op het volledige productieproces en combineer je computerwerk met techniek en praktische taken op de werkvloer.

Dat maakt deze job interessant voor zowel ervaren operatoren als kandidaten met technisch inzicht die willen doorgroeien naar een functie als Procesoperator.
