Jelgavas novada Sociālo lietu pārvalde izsludina konkursu uz Sociālā darba nodaļas vecākā sociālā darbinieka (sociālā darba ar pilngadīgām personām jautājumos) amatu

Galvenie amata pienākumi:

  • sniegt sociālajiem darbiniekiem metodisko atbalstu sociālo gadījumu vadīšanā sociālā darbā ar pilngadīgām personām;
  • koordinēt, konsultēt, metodiski atbalstīt un piedalīties sarežģītu sociālo gadījumu vadīšanā;
  • koordinēt gadījumus, kuros nepieciešama vairāku institūciju iesaiste;
  • nepieciešamībās gadījumā organizēt un piedalīties starpinstitucionālajās sanāksmēs, sadarbībā ar sociālo darbinieku- gadījuma vadītāju.
  • organizēt pieprasījumu un atbildes sniegšanu izskatīšanu normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā;
  • piedalīties sociālā darba procesu, metodisko materiālu izstrādē un pilnveidošanā;
  • sadarbībā ar sociālo darbinieku -gadījuma vadītāju, izvērtēt sociālā rehabilitācijas pakalpojuma vardarbībā cietušiem un vardarbību veikušām personām nepieciešamību un sagatavot dokumentus pakalpojuma piešķiršanai;
  • nodrošināt vardarbībā cietušo un veikušo pilngadīgo personu sociālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojuma saņemšanas administrēšanas procesu;

Prasības pretendentiem:

  • otrā līmeņa profesionālā augstākā vai akadēmiskā izglītība sociālajā darbā vai karitatīvajā sociālajā darbā;
  • vismaz 2 gadu profesionālā darba pieredze sociālā darbinieka amatā;
  • prasme sagatavot ziņojumus un atbildes vēstules;
  • labas iemaņas darbā ar MS Office programmām;
  • valsts valodas prasmes augstākajā līmenī atbilstoši Valsts valodas likuma prasībām;
  • prasme strādāt komandā;
  • prasme kontaktēties ar cilvēkiem;
  • vēlama viena gada darba pieredze sociā
