About our Clients A very experienced Room Leader is being sought by our clients for their lovely setting in Didcot. Based on 40 hrs a week, but the client can be flexible i.e. 4 full days or reduced hours, salary is c£32k depending on experience and working hours. Requirements What our Clients are looking for Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant) Minimum 2 years’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting Apply today to lead as a Nursery Room Leader and make a real difference in children’s early years!
