What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
  • Follow up with internet, phone, showroom, and service customers
  • Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations
  • Perform test drives
  • Present pricing and purchase options
  • Deliver an outstanding purchase experience
  • Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain your customer pipeline using our CRM
