Job Summary: The Body Shop Painter at Jenkins Collision Center of Leesburg is responsible for applying paint and other cosmetic finishes to vehicles undergoing repair. This individual will work as part of a team to ensure the highest quality paint work is completed on every vehicle, while also meeting productivity goals. This is a full time, salaried position in the auto industry located in xx, Florida.

Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking as necessary - Mix and match paint colors to ensure a seamless finish - Paint vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment - Inspect finished paint work for quality and address any touch-ups or imperfections - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety protocols and standards - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals - Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies as needed - Complete additional tasks and assignments as directed by superiors

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as an auto body painter required - Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools - Ability to match paint colors using computerized systems - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment - Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
