Forklift Operator Job Overview: This position requires a detailed person that will be responsible for loading, unloading truck trailers and set-up and break down of the racking system. This is a self-directed position requiring the person to read and understand computer printouts to accurately load and unload the trailers to meet the specified deadlines. This can become a pressure situation as the lead times can be short at times due to customer demands. Must be able to work overtime. Prior forklift experience a must. Schedule:•    4–10-hour days, Monday – Friday 6:30am-5:00pm (day off during the week will be determined upon hire)•    Overtime available Qualifications:•    The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.•    The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)•    The ability to use tools such as computers and hand scanners•    Standing: Occasionally•    Walking: Occasionally•    Sitting: Frequently•    Stooping (forward leaning): Frequently•    Must Complete Powered Industrial Truck Training Salary and Benefits:•    Starting rate $20.00 •    Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases.•    Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, flexible-spending accounts.•    PTO after 30 days and 10 paid holidays after 30 days •    Quarterly bonus after 6 months of employment •    Onsite Fitness Center and medical clinic•    2 forms of retirement; 401(k) with a company match program and Employee Stock Ownership Plan•    Shares in the employee ownership stock program valued at $1,515.93 per share!•    On the job training •    And, so much more!
