Crawford – Valve Body DisassemblyJob Overview: The Associate would be responsible for disassembling the valve bodies, cleaning the component parts, and prepping the valve bodies for reassembly by using tools such as drills, burnishers and light tools such as screw drivers and mallets. Schedule: •    Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm •    Overtime  Qualifications:•    The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 15lbs. •    The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx.…8-10 hours) •    The ability to use handheld tools such as gauges, drills, screw drivers and mallets.•    Standing: Frequently •    Walking: Occasionally •    Sitting: Never •    Stooping (forward leaning): Occasionally •    Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally  Salary and Benefits:•    Starting rate $20.00 •    Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases.•    Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, flexible-spending accounts.•    PTO after 30 days and 10 paid holidays after 30 days •    Quarterly bonus after 6 months of employment •    Onsite Fitness Center and medical clinic•    2 forms of retirement; 401(k) with a company match program and Employee Stock Ownership Plan•    Shares in the employee ownership stock program valued at $1,515.93 per share!•    On the job training •    And, so much more!
