ADP Driver

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented ADP Driver to join our logistics and delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while utilizing the ADP mobile/digital system to log hours, track routes, and manage compliance. The ideal candidate possesses excellent time-management skills, a clean driving record, and comfort using smartphone applications for daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Transport goods, materials, or passengers safely to designated locations following all traffic laws and safety regulations.

• ADP System Management: Use the ADP application daily to clock in/out, log mileage, track breaks, and ensure accurate record-keeping for payroll and compliance.

• Route Optimization: Plan and execute the most efficient delivery routes using GPS and navigation tools to ensure on-time arrivals.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifestos, and receipts, ensuring all digital and physical paperwork is completed correctly.

• Customer Service: Represent the company professionally during drop-offs, providing friendly and efficient service to clients or customers.

• Cargo Security: Secure loads properly before transit to prevent damage or loss of goods.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid [Insert License Type, e.g., Class A CDL / Standard Driver's License] with a clean driving record.

• Experience: Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or truck driver (minimum of [Insert Number] years preferred).
