EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. You will operate heavy machinery to support excavation, grading, loading, and site preparation projects while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery: Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, or forklifts depending on project needs.

• Pre-Operation Checks: Conduct mandatory daily safety inspections and routine maintenance checks before starting equipment.

• Site Preparation: Perform trenching, grading, land clearing, and material loading/unloading accurately and according to site plans.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow all site safety protocols, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and signaler/banksman directions.

• Reporting: Log operating hours, fuel use, and report any mechanical defects or required repairs immediately to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• License: Valid Equipment Driving License / relevant machinery permit.

• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience operating heavy construction or industrial equipment.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to work long hours outdoors in diverse weather conditions and strong hand-eye coordination.

• Teamwork: Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with ground crews and site supervisors.
