At JFrog, we solve critical challenges for leaders like Amazon, Google, and Netflix. Every day brings opportunities to innovate and push boundaries in a fast-moving, frogward-thinking culture. If you want your work to matter and thrive on nonstop innovation, JFrog is your place.

Here’s what our employees have to say about working at JFrog:

  • "Product decisions here are driven by customer problems, not just roadmaps. We have the autonomy to shape the future of the platform."
  • "Working alongside world-class engineering teams allows us to build secure, scalable capabilities—from identity and access management to AI-powered developer experiences."

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, discovery, and execution across our security and enterprise software portfolio. In this role, you will own products and features throughout their lifecycle, translate customer and market needs into impactful solutions, and collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, customer-focused products.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Product Manager :

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, discovery, and market research to product strategy, roadmap definition, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Define product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and business objectives, particularly in enterprise software and security.
  • Drive product discovery and execution by translating customer problems and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and R&D to evaluate technical feasibility, make informed trade-offs, and deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
  • Champion security-focused innovation by identifying opportunities to strengthen application security, software supply chain security, vulnerability management, and developer-focused security capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with enterprise customers, sales, support, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, validate solutions, and drive product adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other business teams to ensure successful product launches and feature adoption.
  • Use data and product metrics to measure product performance, evaluate business impact, and continuously improve customer experience and product outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization and communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and results effectively to leadership and global teams.

What you bring on to the table:

  • 12+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 6 years of hands-on Product Management experience in the software industry.
  • Proven experience owning and delivering complex B2B enterprise software products, preferably SaaS platforms or developer-focused products.
  • Strong understanding of application security, software security, or cybersecurity concepts, with experience translating security challenges into product capabilities.
  • Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, conducting product discovery, prioritizing features, and driving end-to-end product execution.
  • Ability to translate complex customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories for Engineering and QA teams.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and R&D teams on technically complex products, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, scalability, and business priorities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customers, their business challenges, and the requirements of large-scale software environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment across teams, and deliver measurable product and business outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience in software development or technical product management.

Good to have

  • Experience with JFrog Artifactory or other artifact management and binary repository solutions.
  • Experience in the DevOps ecosystem, including CI/CD pipelines, software delivery, developer tools, or platform engineering.
  • Knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability scanning, open-source security, SBOMs, or related security practices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
